◆ Characteristics : High strength+high toughness balance: 30% fiberglass endows the material with high rigidity and creep resistance, while impact modifiers significantly enhance the room temperature/low temperature impact resistance, avoiding the brittleness problem of pure fiberglass reinforced materials. Excellent dimensional stability: Fiberglass reinforcement significantly reduces the water absorption and molding shrinkage of PA66, reducing dimensional deformation caused by environmental humidity changes, making it suitable for precision structural components. Oil and chemical resistance: The PA66 matrix itself has good oil and solvent resistance, making it suitable for scenarios involving contact with oils/chemicals in automobiles and industries. Processing performance friendly: Suitable for conventional injection molding processes with moderate fluidity, capable of processing complex structural parts with stable molding cycles.
◆ Purpose : Automotive industry: fuel system components, chassis structural components, interior buckles/brackets, engine peripheral components (requiring consideration of impact resistance, fuel resistance, and dimensional stability). Electronic and electrical: High voltage electrical enclosures, connectors, mechanical structural components (with requirements for strength and impact resistance).
