◆ Material : PA66 (nylon 66) is modified for impact resistance and thermal stability, and is of universal injection grade. It focuses on medium to high toughness, heat resistance, oil resistance, and excellent electrical performance.

◆ Characteristics : Toughening modification: Medium to high impact resistance, good toughness, and fatigue resistance. Thermal stability: Long term heat resistance, excellent thermal oxidative aging performance. Oil/Chemical Resistance: Good resistance to engine oil, grease, and solvents. Electrical performance: Excellent insulation, suitable for electronic/electrical components. Processability: Moderate fluidity and stable molding cycle.

◆ Purpose : Automobile: connectors, buckles, fasteners, interior structural components, wire and cable sheaths. Electronic/Electrical: sockets, switch housings, terminal blocks, coil frames. General machinery: gears, bearing seats, brackets, wear-resistant accessories. Home appliances: shell, structural components, handle, base.
