Overview

◆ Material : PA66 GF30 HSL is a 30% glass fiber reinforced, heat-stabilized and internally lubricated modified polyamide 66 material.

◆ Characteristics : Mechanical properties: high strength, high rigidity, creep resistance, fatigue resistance. Thermal properties: heat distortion temperature of approximately 253°C (1.8MPa, unannealed). Physical properties: density of 1.37 g/cm³. Processing properties: internal lubrication, easy demolding, suitable for injection molding. Environmental resistance: oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, hydrolysis resistance

◆ Purpose : Automotive industry: engine peripheral components, sensors, connectors, Electrical and electronics: connectors, circuit breakers, coil bobbins, Industrial machinery: gears, bearing housings, structural components.
