◆ Material : PA66 with 40% mineral modification, high surface glossiness, low warpage, and low shrinkage.
◆ Characteristics : Compared with the same series CM3001G-30 (30% fiberglass), CM3001R has lower warpage and better appearance; But the rigidity and heat resistance are slightly weak; Suitable for scenarios with extremely high requirements for deformation and surface quality.
◆ Purpose : Industrial machinery: printer/copier components, sensor housings, precision gearbox housings. Electrical/Electronic: OA equipment casing, connector base, large household appliance casing, switch panel. Automobile: dashboard frame, door panel trim, headlight base, exterior small parts.
