◆ Material : 40% mineral filled PA66, featuring low warpage, high dimensional stability, high rigidity, and no floating fibers on the surface. It is positioned the same as Dongli CM3001R and can be directly benchmarked.
◆ Characteristics : Low warpage, high dimensional stability: Mineral filling suppresses anisotropy, suitable for large/thin-walled/precision parts. No floating fibers on the surface, good appearance: can be directly made into high gloss/matte without post-treatment. Rigid and heat-resistant balance: 40% mineral provides sufficient rigidity, and HDT 180 ℃ meets most working conditions. Processing friendly: Moderate fluidity, similar to ordinary PA66 process.
◆ Purpose : Automobile: dashboard frame, door panel decorations, headlight base, exterior parts Electronic and electrical: OA equipment casing, connector base, large household appliance casing Industry: Printer/copier components, sensor housings, precision structural components.
