Overview

◆ Material : PA66 resin modified with 5% PTFE for wear resistance, featuring low abrasion loss and high surface finish.

◆ Characteristics : 1. Long-term thermal stability: Resists yellowing and slow strength degradation under prolonged high-temperature service around engines.2. Ultra-low friction, silent and wear-resistant: PTFE is uniformly dispersed, enabling oil-free lubrication under dry friction conditions, and it will not easily scratch mating metal parts during long-term operation. 3. High molecular weight and high toughness: Compared with grade 1442, it features higher viscosity and superior elongation at break, making thick-walled transmission parts resistant to fatigue and brittle cracking. 4. Glass fiber-free: No glass fiber to abrade mating components, ideal for light-load precision sliding structures. 5. Excellent processing compatibility: Suitable for injection molding of precision gears and sliders, as well as extrusion of wear-resistant rods and sheets.
