◆ Characteristics : High rigidity/high strength: 30% fiberglass significantly improves modulus and load-bearing capacity. Oil and chemical resistance: stable to engine oil, fuel, and hydraulic oil, suitable for power systems. Dimensional stability: structural components with low shrinkage, low warpage, and high precision requirements. Good insulation: suitable for electrical/electronic insulation components. Wear resistant and self-lubricating: low friction coefficient, suitable for moving parts such as gears and bearings.
◆ Purpose : Automobile: engine periphery, structural bracket, connector housing, throttle body. Industry: gears, bearings, pump casings, motor end caps, mechanical structural components. Electrical: Insulation partitions, wiring terminals, low-voltage electrical components.
