◆ Material : 20% glass fiber reinforced PA6, internal lubrication for easy demolding, high rigidity, general injection molding grade, suitable for injection molding of medium thin-wall / complex structural parts.

◆ Characteristics : Significantly enhanced rigidity: With 20% glass fiber content, its flexural modulus is approximately 8% higher than that of 73G15L with 15% glass fiber, delivering stronger deformation resistance. Easy demolding and mass production friendly: Internal lubrication formula reduces white spotting and drag marks on molded parts, featuring short molding cycle and high yield rate. Excellent surface performance and post-processability: Low floating fiber and uniform gloss, suitable for painting, printing and ultrasonic welding. Superior environmental resistance: Resistant to oil, weak acid and weak alkali; long-term service temperature ranges from -40℃ to 110℃.

◆ Purpose : Automotive: Interior brackets, door panel assemblies, rearview mirror housings, door lock accessories, cooling fan blades. Electronics & Electrical: Housings, switch bases, connectors, coil bobbins, motor end covers. Industrial / Daily Use: Power tool housings, gearboxes, sports equipment, home appliance structural parts.
