◆ Characteristics : Balanced Rigidity and Toughness: 15% glass fiber reinforced grade delivers higher strength than pure PA6, better toughness than 30% glass fiber reinforced material, with excellent impact resistance and vibration resistance. Easy Demolding for Mass Production: Internal lubrication formula reduces whitening at ejector pins and drag marks, featuring short molding cycle and high yield rate. Surface Finish and Post-Processing Friendliness: NC010 natural color with uniform gloss, suitable for painting, printing and ultrasonic welding. Excellent Environmental Resistance: Resistant to oil, weak acids and weak alkalis, stable dimensional stability, and long-term service temperature ranging from -40℃ to 110℃.
