◆ Material : 70G43L is a high-performance nylon material with a glass fiber reinforced content of 43%. It has good mechanical properties and heat resistance, and occupies an important position in the field of engineering plastics due to its easy demolding and high strength characteristics.
◆ Characteristics : PA66 70G43L has excellent heat resistance (short-term tolerance to 200 ℃), high strength (tensile modulus of 14000MPa), and stable electrical properties (volume resistivity ≥ 101 Ω cm). Its 43% fiberglass reinforced formula makes it an ideal choice for precision engineering components, and strict control of drying and forming temperatures is required during processing.
