◆ Material : PA6 resin modified with MoS2 for wear resistance and low abrasion loss.
◆ Characteristics : Self-lubricating, maintenance-free sliding operation. Superior low-temperature impact resistance, less brittle at -40℃ ~ -30℃. Good melt flowability for thin-wall intricate components, low fiber blooming. Resistant to engine oil, coolant and mild chemicals. Stable electrical insulation property.
◆ Purpose : Grille hinge bushings, door lock actuator gears, rearview mirror internal sliders, throttle valve sliding parts, fan small gears, connector locking slides.
