◆ Material : PA6 filler is a 30% by weight glass fiber reinforced material with ultra-high impact resistance, impact modification, high rigidity, and oil resistance.

◆ Characteristics : High rigidity+ultra-high and low temperature toughness. Compared with ordinary glass fiber PA6 (B3WG6), the notch impact is significantly improved, and it is not easily brittle at -30 ℃, balancing structural strength and impact resistance. Oil resistant, lubricating oil resistant, acid and alkali resistant, suitable for automotive oil circuits and chassis components. Good fluidity, stable injection molding for complex thin-walled structural components. High thermal deformation temperature, stable size under long-term high-temperature conditions. RoHS and REACH compliance, UL94 HB flame retardant (1.5mm).

◆ Purpose : Automotive industry (main force) Airbag shell, chassis structural components, throttle/brake structural components, oil pipe joints, and oil resistant structural components around the engine. Luggage/Sports Equipment Luggage half shell, outdoor climbing equipment, sports shoe support skeleton. Industrial/Electronic High strength connectors, door and window anchor bolts, office chair structural components, bearing brackets. Bathroom/Architecture Thermal insulation structural components, high-strength bathroom brackets.
